'Tenzin celebrates'
is a colourful and funny book about a very special boy.
Tenzin is een bijzonder jongetje.
Hij komt uit Tibet, maar woont in een klooster in India.
Daar leert hij dat hij braaf en aardig moet zijn, maar dat valt niet altijd mee. Zeker als het feest is en er heerlijk eten wordt gekookt in de keuken. Samen met zijn neefje Chimmi gaat hij op onderzoek uit.
Achterin het boek staat achtergrondinformatie over het Tibetaanse kloosterleven voor kinderen en het Tibetaans boeddhisme.
Tenzin is a special boy.
He is from Tibet, but he lives in a monastery in
India.
At the monastery he learns to be good and kind, but it is not that easy, especially when there is a special celebration with delicious food!
Together with his cousin, Chimmi, he wants to find out.
